Taking place over 3 days (27th\, 28th\, 29th April)\, the 2023 edition will follow a similar format of the past years. There will be 3 routes to choose from each day over 2 days of riding taking participants past some of the most breath-taking views and most beautiful country side South Africa has to offer as well as various skills challenges. \nFor the first time in the events history\, the 2023 Adventure Rally will take riders through the breath-taking views of the Lowveld and will offer challenges to all skill levels. Riders will be accommodated at the incredible Ingwenyama Resort in White River\, Mpumalanga and all routes will return back to the resort for entertainment and skills challenges. \nThe KTM Rally will consist of 3 nights accommodation and 2 days of riding. Each day will offer each participant the opportunity to choose between 3 various route difficulties (all tar\, dirt and technical) allowing you to enjoy your KTM adventure bike in the way you are most comfortable. Challenge yourself with technical challenges and be entertained by your\, orange blooded\, friends as well as professionals throughout the day. Each route will take you through mind blowing passes and past some iconic landmarks. KTM South Africa will supply all routes on GPS files affording you the opportunity to ride at your own pace and take in the magnificent scenery. Post a photo using #THEWORLDADVENTUREWEEK with RISER’s built-in share functionality to post it in any of the key social media platforms or generate a link that is sharable on other platforms. \nDAY 4 CHALLENGE \nCOMPLETE 1290 M OF ELEVATION \nGo explore the closest mountains! Riders can reach the target in one go – if the landscape allows – or by going up and down a smaller hill a few times. The choice is yours. Riders who complete this challenge will be awarded 250 points as well as an entry into to the daily prize draw. \nDAY 5 CHALLENGE \n5 RIDES IN A WEEK \nHeading to work or on a full-scale Adventure ride? Keep track of your riding time on RISER and keep the wheels turning. Complete five rides from Monday to Friday to earn 250 points and an entry into the daily prize draw. It doesn’t matter how long these rides are – as long as you’re riding. \nDAY 6 CHALLENGE \nRIDE 390 KM IN ONE GO \nPlan a route that is 390 km and get out there and ride it. A small deviation of 15 km less or more will be accepted once your ride is live on RISER. This challenge is worth 250 points and an entry into the daily prize draw. \nDAY 7 CHALLENGE \nRIDE WITH YOUR BUDDIES \nRiders are pack animals.
